Well, it’s been a long times since I’ve posted to this blog. But I am counting the days when I’ll be able to retire my well-loved friend and guide Gentry and go off to the Seeing Eye to get a new – and hopefully love dog.
One of my goals this time is to form a closer bond with this new one. I think, that in the past, I’ve held myself back because of the loss of my first dog. But I resolve not to do that again. I can’t wait to see if I can succeed in this little endeavour.
On a side note, the transition for Cathy, my five-year-old and Tim Jr. or (t. j.) or “bubba” is going to be interesting. I think Cathy is going to take this a little harder than Bubba, But Sarah, my wife, intends to get a little dog from a lady in our church so the kids won’t feel the loss too badly before Daddy comes home. We’ll se how this plays out.
That’s all for now. Bless you all and may the lord reveal himself to you.
Please join our family as I journey to the Seeing Eye to get a new dog and retire my bud, Gentry. It'll be a fun ride.

Giong to work
Hey all. I am going to work with Gentry today. I hope he won't hurt too much. Sarah is in Nebraska and can't keep him right now so I'll have to take him.
I can't find his peals but I'll give him them tonight when I get home.
H really wants to work so I think he'll be ok.
Talk atcha later.
